  I can’t recommend Alert360 – in fact, I strongly advise everyone to avoid them. I paid for their home security system with the expectation it would protect my family, but it completely failed me when I needed it most. My home was burglarized, and the system didn’t even trigger an alarm. It was utterly devastating, and the worst part was the complete lack of support from Alert360. I spent days trying to get through to them, but they ignored my calls and messages. When they finally sent a technician, they couldn’t even explain what happened, and then they tried to charge me extra to fix a problem their system had created. It was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling completely abandoned and vulnerable. Honestly, it was a truly awful experience and I’m sharing my story to warn others. report abuse

  “We’ve been relying on a monitored alarm system for over 24 years, and frankly, we were pretty stressed out with the previous service. After the original company closed down, the interim company we were dealing with just wasn’t cutting it – the service was poor and the staff weren’t very helpful. Thankfully, Alert 360 stepped in last year, and we couldn’t be happier. From the very first call, the representatives have been fantastic – incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I want to especially commend Felipe, the technician who’s visited us twice to diagnose and fix a problem. He’s been outstanding – friendly, trustworthy, thorough, and really took the time to understand our system. He even identified two additional issues we weren’t aware of! We specifically requested he return to complete the work because of his expertise, and he did a great job. Now our system is working perfectly, and we’re so grateful for the fair price and the level of service we’ve received.   I’m just utterly devastated to have to write this review about Alert360. I signed up hoping for real security, but instead, it was one of the most frightening experiences of my life. Their system completely failed during a home invasion, and it was unbelievably frustrating and upsetting. The alarm was armed, set up exactly as instructed, and yet, nothing happened – no alert, no call, no sirens. It was like the system didn’t exist. What made it even worse was the complete lack of support from Alert360. After the break-in, I couldn’t get anyone to respond to my calls for days. When I finally spoke to someone, they treated it like a routine issue, completely disregarding the fact that my home had been invaded. Then, they tried to charge *me* to have a technician investigate why the system failed! And the technician themselves couldn’t explain what happened. I ended up having to pay for a completely new security system because of them. Trying to cancel my contract was a nightmare – they insisted on keeping me locked in with fees and extra charges. Honestly, it felt like a total betrayal. If you’re looking for a security company you can rely on, especially during a crisis, steer clear of Alert360. It’s simply not worth the risk.” report abuse

  “Overall, the experience was really positive. We switched our alarm system from a landline to a cellphone tower after a copper theft wasn’t resolved. Darryl, our technician, was fantastic – he arrived early which was a huge help, and he was incredibly nice and professional, patiently answering all my questions and going above and beyond to assist me.
