  “I was really impressed with their initial estimate – it seemed much more thorough than other companies I’d contacted. The prices were competitive, and I felt confident moving forward. Jose was professional and knowledgeable during the initial visit and when he took my deposit in January. However, things quickly went downhill. I initially thought Todd was the owner, but we started having communication problems around March when he told me my windows hadn’t been ordered because of the deposit. Jose reassured me he’d placed the order, but then it turned out one of the windows – the one I needed to get HOA approval for – was the wrong one. The biggest issue was that they installed a clear window above the staircase instead of the privacy-tinted one I’d requested. It’s just unbelievable that a company specializing in windows and shutters would make such a basic mistake, especially since I wasn't there to oversee the installation. After that, I tried to get an update from Jose, but he didn't respond to my messages. I paid for the entire installation even though they’d installed the wrong window, and frankly, I’m not going to continue working with them. It’s a huge disappointment, and I worry about others potentially experiencing the same issues.” report abuse
