  “We’re incredibly frustrated with the delays we’ve experienced getting our windows ordered. We placed the order in April and had to postpone once due to our tenants, which resulted in us paying full price. Now, it’s mid-June and they’re still pushing for a further delay to July – it’s completely unacceptable considering the windows are already in their warehouse. We’re selling our house and urgently need these windows fitted, so we’re seriously considering cancelling the order and finding a different supplier.” report abuse

Robert W. was a great sales contact; he was incredibly professional, took the time to thoroughly measure our property, and answered all of our questions patiently. The price was very competitive, and we felt we got a really good deal. The installation itself was impressively efficient – they got everything done in a single day with a great team!   “We had a truly awful experience with The Window Guys, and unfortunately, we ended up paying a significant price for it. They installed three slider patio doors, and immediately after, our house was filled with a horrible, overpowering smell from the sealant they used. We pressed them for details, but it took a week to get a response, and they admitted the sealant was only meant for exterior use – something they should have told us upfront. Adding to the problems, one of the doors didn’t lock properly, and the stucco work was completely mismatched. The whole situation escalated when we had to pay over $10,000 to have the faulty sealant removed and the doors replaced with the correct material. We even ended up in small claims court, but the judge ruled against us, citing a lack of evidence despite the sealant manufacturer’s warnings. It was clear to us that The Window Guys weren’t following proper procedures, and frankly, they didn't seem to understand the importance of using the right sealant for the job. It was a costly and frustrating ordeal, and we wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

  “I contacted The Window Guys on September 24th, 2022, to get a warranty repair done, and unfortunately, it’s still not completed.
