  “We’ve been really disappointed with the service we’ve received regarding our window order. We placed the order back in April and had to postpone once due to our tenants, which they insisted on blaming on other customers. Now, it’s mid-June and they’re pushing us to move the pickup date to July, despite the windows already being in their warehouse. We were charged full price for the initial postponement, and frankly, the constant delays and shifting schedules are completely unacceptable. Given that we’re selling our house and need these windows fitted quickly, we’re now considering picking them up ourselves and exploring other options.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with The Window Guys in Corona. Robert W. was fantastic – he was incredibly professional, took the time to thoroughly measure our property, and answered all of our questions patiently. We felt like we were getting a really fair price, and it was definitely competitive compared to other companies we looked at. The installation itself was impressively efficient; they got everything done in a single day with a great team, but it never felt rushed. We were particularly impressed with how seamlessly they matched the stucco and trim, and they left our house spotless after the job was complete.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our new Milgard windows and the installation process. Cade Clark and his team did a fantastic job – they were so knowledgeable, polite, and professional, and really went above and beyond.   We hired The Window Guys to replace three of our patio doors, and unfortunately, the entire experience was deeply disappointing and incredibly costly. From the very beginning, the installation was riddled with problems. The sealant they used created an overwhelming, lingering chemical odor inside our home, and despite repeated requests, they were slow to respond and ultimately admitted it was only designed for exterior use – a fact that raised serious concerns about potential health risks. Adding to the issues, one of the doors didn’t lock properly, and the stucco work around the new sliders was a complete mismatch with our existing home. We ended up paying over $10,000 to have the faulty sealant removed and replaced, and the damage corrected. We even took them to small claims court, but the judge ruled against us, largely because the manufacturer’s documentation wasn’t considered sufficient evidence. It’s clear this company made serious errors, and we’re left with a very expensive and frustrating experience. report abuse

I went through a really frustrating process getting quotes from different window companies – I ended up calling around for weeks and no one ever returned my calls or even came to give me a bid. Then I found The Windows Guys and I was incredibly impressed with their service, from the initial quote to the actual installation.   I was really disappointed with my experience with The Window Guys. I contacted them on September 24th, 2022, to get a warranty repair done, and it’s still not completed to this day. What’s even more frustrating is that they immediately started asking for a lot of money upfront, which felt quite aggressive. Because of this, I won’t be recommending them to anyone I know. report abuse
