  Overall, TLC did a fantastic job renovating my new building. Iris was particularly helpful, guiding me through the design process and the final result exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the leadership team’s attention to detail – they regularly checked in on the project and were always quick to address any questions or concerns I had.   “Despite not ultimately using their services, I want to share my experience. Initially, I was frustrated with the long turnaround time – they estimated a two-day project but it took them over a week to provide a bid. I understand things get busy, but the lack of communication was concerning. However, things took a positive turn when the owner reached out to apologize for the miscommunication and confirmed my email address. Seeing the original email he’d sent really highlighted the issue. While I didn’t go with this company, I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to address the problem – that kind of professionalism makes a huge difference.” report abuse

  “I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I requested an estimate for a straightforward renovation, and while they initially seemed responsive, the whole process was incredibly unprofessional. After submitting the bid, I followed up to check on its status given the tight deadline, and was told they were still working on it. Two days after the deadline, the estimator admitted he’d lost all his notes and needed a week to re-measure. Honestly, it was shocking – a simple bid couldn’t be handled properly, and there was no transparency. I seriously question how I can trust them to deliver the actual work, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the way this property is being managed. The trailers are frequently blocking driveways in the neighborhood, and the residents seem to be treated with disrespect. I also want to highlight that the owner was incredibly rude to my mother on the phone – it was a very unpleasant experience.   “Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with this contractor. The job itself was quite small, but it took over three weeks to finish, and there was no communication at all about the delays. To make matters worse, the work area was left messy after they were done. Because of the lack of communication and unprofessional approach, I wouldn’t recommend them, especially for smaller jobs – I’d suggest exploring other options.” report abuse
