  Overall, I was extremely pleased with the work TLC did on the interior of my new building. Iris was fantastic – her design expertise really elevated the project, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the leadership team’s consistent attention to the project; they checked in regularly and were always quick to address any questions or concerns I had.   “Despite not ultimately moving forward with this company, I want to acknowledge their efforts to rectify a really frustrating situation. After my initial negative experience – a simple bid turned into a week-long wait with no updates – the owner personally reached out, apologized for the miscommunication, and corrected the error with his staff. Seeing him show me the original email and taking immediate action demonstrated a real commitment to customer service, which I truly appreciate. While the outcome wasn’t what I hoped for, the professionalism and genuine apology went a long way, and I’d suggest considering other options.” report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I requested an estimate for a straightforward renovation, and while I was initially assured they were working on it, they completely missed the bid deadline. Then, two days later, the estimator admitted he’d lost all his notes and needed a week to redo the measurements. Frankly, it was incredibly unprofessional and showed a lack of accountability.
