  “I’m so pleased I went with ASH – it’s been a completely different experience compared to my last engineer. I struggled to get my needs across, only dealing with his sales guy and finding it impossible to explain my requirements in detail. When I requested a change, they tried to charge me for a completely new design and even added a framing charge I didn’t need. ASH was a breath of fresh air though. He was incredibly communicative from the start, offering helpful suggestions before I even signed a contract. He took the time to really understand my project, answering all my questions thoroughly, and even went above and beyond by suggesting a better solution without any extra cost – something that’s rare these days.   “I was really impressed with [his name/the worker’s] professionalism. He noticed the concrete pours were going to be too complicated and large to manage with standard equipment like buckets or wheelbarrows, and he prevented us from using sack concrete. It was a reasonable rate, and working directly with an individual like this felt much better than going through a large construction company – definitely someone I’d recommend.” report abuse
