  Ben was a fantastic addition to our home renovation process. Since we just moved to town, we were looking for something within our budget and needed some immediate updates. Ben generously offered his expertise and advice without any charge, which was incredibly helpful. Once we found our house, he did an outstanding job with the initial renovations – he tackled a big project removing a load-bearing wall, refinished the floors, re-plastered the walls, and painted throughout. He was always prompt, friendly, and incredibly efficient, and, importantly, he stuck to his original quote and budget perfectly.   “We absolutely love our new home! We originally purchased a house with a previously remodeled garage converted into a really large bonus room, but it just wasn’t quite what we envisioned. Thankfully, our realtor recommended Ben from Custom Craft Homes, and we were so pleased with his creative ideas. He really listened to what we wanted and skillfully adjusted the plans to fit our specific needs and budget. Ben was incredibly thorough, carefully reviewing the inspection report and keeping us fully informed throughout the entire process. He even handled some necessary repairs himself. As we finalized the finishing touches, he was a huge help in managing the budget, ensuring we got everything we wanted and needed – including a fantastic laundry room, a powder room, a TV room/den, and two extra bedrooms. The end result is a beautiful 3-bathroom, 5-bedroom home, giving each of our kids their own space, and the updated kitchen with added cabinets and counter space has been absolutely wonderful. Everything, from the floors to the cabinets, perfectly captures our ‘function meets midcentury modern’ style.   Ben was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He was so welcoming when we first met him and immediately went out of his way to explain everything about the job site and our options. What really stood out was how consistently available he was – he always answered our questions, even if we’d already covered them!
