  Carmen is an incredibly talented artist. She completely transformed my home with the beautiful Italian plaster she used, turning what were just ordinary walls into stunning works of art.   Carmen from Ecla Decoration is an incredibly talented artist. She’s really mastered Venetian plaster techniques – she spent time perfecting them in Italy, and she’s even developed her own unique line of plasters that she imports directly from Italy.
