  I couldn’t be happier with California Window & Solar! We were looking to replace our old windows and sliders – they were originally installed in 1976 – and met with several companies to get quotes. Jeff, our representative, was truly outstanding. He was incredibly professional, took such good care of our home, and kept us perfectly informed throughout the entire process. While his quotes were a little higher than some of the others, I’m completely confident we made the right choice. The team really went above and beyond, keeping us updated on the window production, scheduling the installation, and even helping us with the rebate paperwork. And the installation crew – four fantastic guys – were fantastic! They were punctual, respectful, incredibly efficient, and kept the whole area spotless. It was great to see they were also training new team members, and I was really impressed with how they handled that too. I’d honestly give them ten stars if I could! report abuse

The team at the showroom were also so helpful, patiently guiding us through the selection process for our son’s room and answering all of our questions with a really open and informative approach.   “We absolutely couldn’t be happier with the window and door replacement Jeff’s team did for our house. Honestly, we were really hesitant about the cost, but he gave us a surprisingly fair quote and offered quality products. The whole process was incredibly smooth – the initial removal of all 19 windows was a huge relief, and the two crews were fantastic.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with [Company Name]. We did encounter a couple of minor issues getting the order started – a missed appointment and a slight delay in getting a response – but they quickly turned things around and we’re now incredibly happy with our new windows. Dallas was fantastic; he was so knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and never pressured us to buy anything extra. The installation team was also excellent – they were punctual, incredibly polite, and did a truly professional job.   California Window & Solar did an amazing job replacing all 32 of our windows – we were so pleased with the entire experience. Dallas and the team were incredibly professional, keeping us updated every step of the way and exceeding our expectations. The installation crew was fantastic – hardworking, incredibly clean, and really courteous. It was great to see the city inspector impressed with the quality of their work!
