  I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience building my home with Highland Homes. They were truly there for me from the very beginning, and their team – especially Jules, Rhonda, Chuck, Brady, and Chad – were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I always felt comfortable asking them any questions I had, and they were so responsive to my concerns.   We absolutely love our new home from Highland Homes in Terra Bella Village! From the moment we saw the Camellia model – 1819 square feet with its beautiful design and fantastic “fit and finish” – we knew it was perfect for us. We ended up buying the model itself, and we couldn’t be happier. Chuck Shiller and Jack, the construction manager, were fantastic – so responsive, friendly, and professional. The home inspector only found a couple of very minor things, which really speaks to the quality of the build. Highland Homes has a great reputation for being a trustworthy and reliable builder, and we’re so grateful for the entire team’s hard work. We’re delighted with our new home! report abuse

  “I honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience building my home in Terra Bella, especially since I was living 1200 miles away. Jules, Rhonda, and their whole team were fantastic at keeping me updated and managing everything remotely. Chuck Schiller was a real gem – he was so helpful from the start. Michelle was also incredibly easy to work with, and Jack always took the time to answer all my questions over the phone. I especially appreciated Highland Homes’ flexible payment plan; it gave me the peace of mind I needed while I was selling my house back in Maryland. And that Highland Homes “bible” with all the appliance details is absolutely invaluable! From the initial planning stages through to completion, they made the whole process so straightforward and kept us completely in the loop. The Buildertrend software was fantastic for keeping track of everything and approving our choices. We did encounter one small issue, which was easily resolved thanks to Highland’s quick and helpful response. Special shout-out to Chuck – he was fantastic! And Michelle was just incredible; her knowledge, design sense, and attention to detail were invaluable.   Wayne and Phyllis really appreciated working with the whole Highlands team – they were incredibly supportive throughout our project’s development, especially when we were facing some challenging decisions about colors and blends.   We absolutely loved working with Highland Homes, especially Jules and Rhonda Guidry. Because we were living out of town during the build, they made it incredibly easy for us to stay involved. Their “Builders Trend” program was fantastic – we could log in whenever we wanted to see exactly what was happening with our house each week.
