Honestly, I’m really regretting buying this house. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. From the start, working with our sales representative was a disaster – they gave us conflicting information about the closing date, and ultimately cost us a significant amount of money. They really didn’t seem to care about our situation. Then there were issues with the builders. I contacted them back in 2018 about a persistent grass problem, and “Scott” just dismissed it, despite the paperwork at the time stating everything was okay. Since then, we’ve had multiple problems with the house – about eight in total – that needed fixing. It's baffling that they were able to fix other neighbors’ yards, but completely ignored my own! They even fixed all the bushes, but still haven’t addressed the grass. It just feels like a special case, which is incredibly unfair.
