  “I was really worried when my air conditioning unit suddenly died in my rental property – it was early June during the pandemic, and I’d already invested a significant amount of money in the place. To make matters worse, my tenant, who’s a great friend and has lived there for years, was getting married with family visiting. Thankfully, ClimateCare stepped in and completely exceeded my expectations. They were able to provide a top-quality unit at a much better price than any of the other companies I contacted. But it wasn’t just the price; the service was outstanding. The owner, Paul Devito, was incredibly attentive and professional, and he went above and beyond to ensure the installation was as smooth as possible, especially given everything that was going on.   Overall, we were really pleased with our experience with Climate Care. The new HVAC system installation went smoothly, and the system itself has been fantastic since. We especially appreciated Steve Smollon’s professionalism – he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and patiently answered all of our questions. Vincent, who handled our initial maintenance, was also excellent; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process clearly.   Overall, we were really pleased with our experience with Climate Care. They installed a brand new HVAC system, and the installation itself went smoothly. The system has been fantastic since, and we’ve been particularly impressed with Vincent, who did our initial maintenance appointment. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything about the system – how it works and what to watch out for during different seasons. We really appreciated the whole process, from the initial discussions with Steve, the owner, to schedule the install and explore our options, to Vincent’s thorough service.   I just want to say I’m so pleased with the work Climate Care did for us. Vince was fantastic – really knowledgeable and professional during the initial survey and estimate. The whole process moved incredibly quickly, they scheduled the installation within a few days of our commitment. Eric, Ben, and the team were amazing; they were so respectful of our home, taking extra care with floor protection and shoe covers. They were meticulous about the installation, especially working in our tight closet, and left everything spotless – not a single mark on anything. The installation itself was top-notch, with all duct connections and wall penetrations sealed perfectly. Eric was also incredibly patient explaining how to use the new thermostat and all the different settings.
