While they’ve attempted to fix the problems each time they’ve been able to respond, the ongoing instability is unacceptable given the monthly fee we’re paying.”

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company. The service was really lacking, and they seemed to rely heavily on subcontractors who showed up in casual clothes – it just didn’t give me the confidence I was looking for. Plus, the security cameras they offered were significantly more expensive than what I could find elsewhere. Most importantly, they completely failed to deliver on safety and security, which is absolutely crucial.
