We met shortly after, and my wife and I were really impressed with his professionalism and how genuinely interested he was in our project. They got a schematic to us within a week and provided a quote very promptly. We were out of town for the whole thing, but we were able to keep an eye on the progress through a camera, and the team was just fantastic – incredibly professional, hardworking, and they stuck to all their deadlines perfectly.   We absolutely love our new pool – it’s honestly been a dream come true! Sunset Group did an incredible job designing a truly unique pool that perfectly complements our waterfront property, even with all the building challenges they faced. The craftsmanship is outstanding; it far exceeded our expectations and the waterfall, boulders, and landscaping create such a gorgeous and peaceful atmosphere. He took the time to understand exactly what we envisioned, not just a pool and spa, but a space we’d enjoy for years to come. His background in landscaping was a huge plus for my wife, and you could tell he genuinely cared about creating a space that fit our family’s needs.   “I had a really unsettling experience on I-70 near Frederick. A truck driver was tailgating me relentlessly, and it quickly became clear he wasn’t going to slow down. I ended up having to swerve into the middle lane to avoid a collision, which I hadn’t planned to do. It was incredibly stressful. To make matters worse, the driver then zipped past me, attempting a risky maneuver to change lanes three times. Honestly, given the previous feedback about aggressive driving in a school zone, this behavior isn’t a complete surprise. Based on this incident, I wouldn’t recommend supporting this business – their actions are putting other drivers and the public at risk.” report abuse

  Alan was a genuinely friendly and helpful person, and I appreciated his creativity – he designed a beautiful pool and even suggested a fantastic waterfall feature. The build itself was well-done. However, unfortunately, there were some significant issues. The pool leaked badly for two years before he finally took action, and he charged me $12,000 to fix it, insisting it wasn’t his responsibility. Despite the guarantee, the leak persists, and I’m left with serious concerns about his reliability and trustworthiness. report abuse
