Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “I hired Scott Kinney from HM Plumbing on August 1st to install a faucet, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. It turns out Lowe’s had mistakenly sold me a chrome faucet instead of the brushed nickel I’d ordered. Scott rescheduled for the next day, but when he arrived, he installed the faucet incorrectly, reversing the hot and cold water lines. I immediately called the office and was told no technician could come out on Thursday. They managed to squeeze me in for Tuesday, August 6th at 8:00 am, but they didn’t show up. The whole thing was a ten-minute fix that should have taken four days, and the office staff had absolutely no customer service skills. The price was $195, and I wouldn't recommend using HM Plumbing again.”

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On Christmas morning, around 3 am, my pipes burst – a really frightening situation! Thankfully, H N Plumbing responded incredibly quickly, arriving within 10 minutes. No other plumber was available for emergency calls that night, and I’m so grateful they were. They fixed the problem completely, and I’ll definitely be using their services again – I highly recommend H N Plumbing!
