  We absolutely love our new home – it’s truly stunning! From the very beginning, we were so impressed with Keuler. We’d been talking to a few design/build firms, and we really felt confident choosing them, especially after seeing their work in our neighborhood and on other lake properties. The team took the time to really understand what we envisioned for our home, and they put together an incredibly detailed proposal that covered everything we needed. We were constantly involved in the design process, and we’re just thrilled with the final result – they really maximized the space and the incredible water views while using such high-quality materials. Austin and Dave were fantastic project managers; they were always there to advocate for us and ensure we were happy throughout the entire build. And we couldn’t rave enough about the subcontractors Keuler works with – they were incredibly hardworking and professional, making sure we were completely satisfied. Thanks to Keuler’s experience and expertise, we felt fully supported every step of the way, and any minor issues that came up were addressed immediately. We couldn’t be happier! report abuse

  Honestly, choosing Keuler Construction to build our custom home was the best decision we ever made. As first-timers navigating the whole process of turning our dream into a reality, we were completely overwhelmed. But Keuler Construction was absolutely amazing – they were with us every step of the way, guiding us through everything. They’re incredibly talented and really detail-oriented; from their organized office system to their careful attention to every detail on the construction site, nothing was overlooked. We also really appreciated the quality of the subcontractors and vendors they worked with – they were all fantastic people.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our home built by Keuler Construction! From start to finish, they’ve been fantastic. Their workmanship is truly exceptional – we feel like it’s the best quality we’ve ever seen. They were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire building process, accommodating all our changes and promptly addressing any issues that came up, and even now. They recently replaced our original deck with a beautiful, low-maintenance deck, and we’ve gotten so many compliments on it! Willy and Michele are a brilliant team – Willy’s experience and Michele’s attention to detail really make a difference. They genuinely treat you like family, and we feel like we’re part of their family.   “My husband and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience building our home with Keuler Construction. As first-time homeowners, we were a little overwhelmed, but Willy and Michele made the whole process so easy to manage. Willy was fantastic – he was incredibly hands-on, especially with the finishing touches on our three-season room, and Michele and Dave kept everything on track with deadlines and selections. We felt like they were completely honest and fair, and we actually received bids from another company that were very close in price.   “We were honestly a little nervous starting our first home build, having heard some pretty discouraging stories about builders. But our experience with Keuler in 2014 was absolutely fantastic. Michele and Willy were fantastic guides through the design process, always keeping us in the loop about what was happening. And Dave, the site foreman, was incredible – he was so responsive to our questions and really made sure all the different tradespeople were doing a great job. Honestly, the best part was seeing how they stepped in three years later when we had major damage from a hail storm. They handled the entire large-scale repair project with such professionalism and continued to be a valuable resource for us. It’s rare to find a builder who’s still so committed after the job is done, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again – especially if it meant working with Michele and Willy.” report abuse

  I’ve been incredibly pleased with Keuler Construction over the past 15 years. They built my home, added two fantastic spaces, and handled several impressive commercial projects, plus some beautiful remodeling work for me. Throughout all of this, Willy and his team were always very clear about the drafting plans and the budget. I’ve found their drafting costs to be consistently lower than other contractors I’ve worked with. Now, it's understandable to want to customize your home with certain upgrades, but that doesn’t change the fact that those additions come with an extra cost. Keuler Construction was always upfront and honest about any changes that went beyond the original estimate, which is exactly how it should be. A $70,000 overrun would indicate a serious lack of attention to detail. I was truly offended to read someone claim they didn't work with integrity – they’ve consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. Plus, writing a negative review four years after working with them seems a bit strange, especially when that same person also wrote a glowing review of their work at the time. I wholeheartedly recommend Keuler Construction; they deliver nothing short of excellence – everyone should want a Willy Keuler house! report abuse

They were incredible to have around every step of the way – from picking out the land and designing our dream home, to the actual construction itself.
