  Terry from Braddock Electric was fantastic! I had a pressure switch issue with my well water system, and he was in and out quickly, getting my water flowing again. He was so friendly and helpful, really going the extra mile to squeeze me into his schedule. He didn’t just fix the problem; he also took the time to explain how the system works and gave me some great advice on maintenance. Seriously, he provided excellent service with a really caring and hospitable attitude – I felt like he genuinely cared about getting the job done right and making sure I was comfortable.   I was so relieved to find Braddock Electric responding so quickly when my main power went out during this incredibly hot weather. To my surprise, a crew was already heading my way after I called them this morning. It was truly amazing how they understood how stressful this was for me and my family, and they immediately prioritized getting my power back on. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their empathy and dedication – it really made a difference during a tough situation. They were a little backed up with other jobs, but they still took us on – we really appreciated that willingness.   “I hired this company for a full home re-wire on our project home, and unfortunately, it was a really frustrating experience. They kept delaying sending the contract, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, they never actually sent it. Honestly, it felt like they were avoiding the commitment, and it completely wasted my time.
