Specifically, the movie theatre drawings were incredibly difficult to work with – they were riddled with errors and required constant clarification. It was evident that the individuals responsible for creating these drawings didn’t have a strong understanding of construction processes, design principles, or how construction details actually function. The level of detail was also a major concern; what was presented felt more like basic diagrams than accurate construction specifications, leading to numerous discrepancies and a significant amount of rework.”
