“We were really pleased with the work Bedrock Foundation did for us – they did a fantastic job with the structural repairs. From the initial booking to the final clean-up, the whole experience was really smooth and professional. They were punctual, did a thorough job, and left the area spotless.”

“I had several companies come out to assess and repair my home, and I have to say Bedrock Estimator, specifically Dan, was outstanding. He didn’t just give me a number; he took the time to really explain his entire process and reasoning, which was incredibly helpful. What really set them apart was Dan’s caring attitude and the obvious expertise he demonstrated during the inspection. The crew who actually did the work were fantastic – they were so considerate of my flower beds and landscaping, and everything was done with such care and precision. I was really happy with the quality of the work, and it’s been a year now, and they’ve even followed up over the last nine months to address some settling, ensuring everything’s still level. I wholeheartedly recommend Bedrock Estimator – they’re a truly excellent company!”

“I was really impressed with the Bedrock team, particularly Dan. He provided a really thorough and easy-to-understand quote, and the list of references he supplied backed up all the positive feedback – it made the whole process incredibly straightforward. The onsite team were clearly very hardworking and I have a huge amount of respect for their efforts. Plus, they completed the drainage work quickly and at a competitive price, and the results have been excellent. I’ll definitely be using Bedrock Foundation Repair again in the future.”

“I can’t recommend Bedrock Foundation Company. My experience with them was frankly appalling. Having worked with foundation companies in real estate, I was really disappointed with their response to a potential issue with our home’s piers, which are covered by a 10-year warranty. It took months to get a technician to even schedule an initial visit. After further delays, the owner, Dennis, refused to inspect the piers himself, citing a reluctance to get dirty. Despite our simple request—just a quick check to ensure the piers were stable—he wouldn’t budge. We had a separate specialist who identified a concerning look to the piers and advised us to investigate before covering the holes. A basic inspection would have taken only five minutes. Dennis repeatedly dismissed our concerns, refusing to examine anything and ultimately telling me there was nothing wrong. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and I have documented his actions. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had with a foundation company.”

“I’ve personally worked with Bedrock Foundation on two of my clients’ homes, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The first time, they quickly identified the need for piers before we could sell, and they were incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient – which was a huge relief for my clients. Because of their speed and thoroughness, we were able to get the house on the market and sell it quickly. Now, as a real estate agent, I consistently recommend Bedrock to any buyer who has concerns about a property’s foundation. They always take the initiative to inspect the property, clearly explain their findings to my clients, and offer competitive quotes. I truly believe they’re a fantastic company!”

“We’ve been incredibly pleased with Dennis and Bedrock Foundation repair. They’ve taken care of our historic homes over the last 17 years, handling everything from foundation repairs and structural work to drainage and ventilation. Dennis and his team are always professional, efficient, and get the job done right – we’ve even recommended them to our family and friends!”

“These guys really stand out. They’re a trustworthy team – consistently honest and reliable, always following through on their promises. Plus, they offer free inspections and have a solid, professional approach.”

“We hired Bedrock in 2015 to address a sunken area in our foundation and porch, and frankly, we were very disappointed with the outcome. They only spent about five hours on the job, and they didn’t actually fix the problem – they admitted it couldn’t be corrected due to the joists’ placement. Worse yet, they used flimsy wood shims to support the pier beams, which I’m sure will settle and become ineffective over time. When I brought this up to some other handymen I consulted, they thought I was crazy. Bedrock then tried to charge us for work they hadn't done! They did a decent job on the porch itself, but now the edge boards are already pulling up and lifting higher than the rest of the surface. Because of this, and their refusal to honor the warranty they offered, I wouldn’t trust them with any further work. It also seemed like they were trying to artificially boost their star rating, which just added to the feeling that they weren't genuinely committed to quality.”

“I recently had Bedrock Foundation raise my driveway, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Dan Hill initially came out, gave me a good estimate, and assured me there would be a one-year warranty if anything went wrong after the mudjacking. He was friendly enough at the time. The work itself looked good immediately afterward, but soon after, the driveway started rising, now sitting about two inches above the house’s foundation. I tried contacting Dan Hill repeatedly – leaving several messages – but he never returned my calls. When I finally got through to the main office, they directed me back to Dan Hill, stating he was the account manager. Honestly, the lack of communication and responsiveness was terrible. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers once the job is finished, and I wouldn’t recommend Bedrock Foundation to anyone.”
