We’d gotten several quotes, ranging from overly complicated to just what we needed, and we went with Bedrock because of their long history and reasonable pricing. Dennis, Burns, and the team were incredibly professional and really knew what they were doing – they quickly identified the problem and implemented a straightforward solution. They installed concrete piers under the slab and used a soil/cement slurry to level everything and bring the brick wall back into alignment. They did a fantastic job replacing the rotted beams, installing piers to stabilize the whole structure, and even leveled the house. Saul, our foreman, was amazing; he kept us fully informed and even spotted a broken drain pipe we hadn't noticed. When they were finished, the whole area was spotless.   “I was really pleased with the work Bedrock did for me – I’ve used them on three projects at my townhouse and then again at my new home. They tackled a significant problem with flooding in my basement 4-plex by installing sump pumps and identifying the source of the leak, which involved removing and rebuilding the entryway steps and fixing a cracked gutter pipe. It was a huge undertaking, and they handled it all really well. After I moved, they built a fantastic storage room under my deck, which included a lot of excavation – digging down about 18 inches and pouring a new slab. They also did a great job improving the airflow and overall condition of the crawl space under the house. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.” report abuse

  “We had a really frustrating experience with this company. Over the past two months, we’ve contacted them five times and sent multiple emails trying to get them to address the issues with our home, but we’ve received absolutely no response. They completed approximately $8,000 worth of work, including installing fans under our house and French drains, but nothing has improved the situation. In fact, we’ve now got new mold growth due to the continued water problems. We had two different people from the company come out and give us conflicting assessments, and after our concerns, we brought in four other companies to evaluate the work. Three of them told us we were being significantly overcharged, and several even asked for the company’s name to share with others.” report abuse

  Bedrock Foundation Repair has been fantastic for me. I’ve used their services three times over the last five years, and I’ve always been so impressed – they’re genuinely wonderful people and they’re incredibly reliable; they always arrive on time and complete the work quickly. I had them lift my front porch, which completely solved the problem of standing water, and they also did some foundation work under a wall that was cracking. There were some interior cracks that needed fixing afterwards, which was expected, but overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing foundation work. report abuse
