It felt like they were just trying to protect the company’s interests rather than addressing the situation fairly. Honestly, it was frustrating and felt quite dismissive.   “I had a really disappointing experience at this Dollar General. The customer service was awful, and one of the employees, Jackie, was particularly rude. To make matters worse, the prices weren’t clearly marked, and when I checked them, they were consistently incorrect.
