  “I was really disappointed with this company. They initially came out to fix a leak on our roof, but it turned out the problem wasn’t resolved – it was still leaking the next time it rained. They had to return, and even years later, the same spot continues to leak after storms. When I contacted them about it, they essentially said they couldn’t help because they’d lost the records of our previous work. It felt like we’d never even used their services.   “I recently had JNT Developers replace my roof, and honestly, it was an amazing experience – especially since it was my first major home renovation project. I was a little nervous going in, but from the very beginning, JNT made me feel completely confident in their work. The office staff were so friendly and helpful, and my initial contractor was fantastic. He took the time to really explain everything to me, walked me through all the different roofing materials, and even offered some valuable suggestions to protect my home based on its layout. Once we signed the contract, the whole crew was out on a Saturday, and they worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. They had my old roof completely removed and were 90% done by Sunday evening! Over the next few days, they finished up the details, trimmed everything perfectly, and made sure I was absolutely happy with the result. I also want to give a special shout-out to Jon Sherwood, the VP. He followed up on the work and made some small cosmetic adjustments that really elevated the look of the roof. His extra attention and the overall great customer service they provided truly sealed the deal. It’s clear that patience and communication are key with any big project, and JNT Developers really nailed it.   “I recently needed some minor roof repairs in Arlington, and let me tell you, the experience was night and day compared to other companies I contacted. I’d had a fantastic experience with JNT years ago when they replaced my entire roof, so I reached out to them again. However, getting a response was a huge struggle – three other companies didn’t even bother to return my call! One only communicated via text and never followed up with the insurance inspector. Thankfully, Marcus from JNT was a lifesaver. He called me right away, scheduled a visit, and was even punctual. He expertly handled the insurance claim, and ultimately, beat the initial estimate. The whole job was done quickly and professionally. He dedicated a significant amount of time, even an hour, to the initial inspection and worked alongside the insurance adjuster. Mark was incredibly responsive, always answering my calls and addressing my questions with professionalism. The whole project was completed on time, and he secured a fair price after I’d gotten several other bids. His crew did a truly excellent job, and the cleanup was so thorough, you’d hardly know they were there.
