Once Jesse stepped in as our project manager, everything ran incredibly smoothly. He kept us constantly updated and his crew was professional, punctual, and always cleaned up after themselves, which was a huge plus. Honestly, the finished result is stunning! Our kitchen feels so much more open and modern, and the new floors have completely transformed our home.   “I just wanted to share how incredibly grateful we are for Noel and Jesse. They were absolutely fantastic at helping us navigate the nightmare of our house leak. Seriously, no one could pinpoint the source of the problem, but they were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to figure it out and prevent it from happening again. They expertly handled the entire rebuild process too. We had a really rough time with the initial companies we worked with – our insurance and the first mitigation company – and they were a breath of fresh air with their honesty and empathy. Jordan really took the time to ensure we had a clear plan and stayed on budget, and Freddie was incredibly responsive and attentive – always available to answer our questions and make sure every little detail was perfect. The team worked incredibly efficiently and kept us on schedule, resulting in a beautiful, high-quality space that we still love today.   “I’m writing this review after a significant delay – several months – to ensure I could express my experience honestly and without letting frustration build. My parents needed a bathroom update and new vinyl flooring throughout the house due to my dad’s mobility issues, and we hired this company. However, I would strongly advise anyone considering them to proceed with extreme caution. They rely heavily on subcontractors who clearly lack any real craftsmanship skills; many of them seemed to overestimate their abilities. There were so many problems with the remodel that it’s difficult to even begin to list them all. Ultimately, my mom had to pay them to terminate their services and brought in a different contractor to complete the job. The ‘Project Manager,’ Jesse, also wasn’t very effective in overseeing the project. Please, be very aware before making a decision.” report abuse

  “I had a really disappointing experience. I scheduled an in-person estimate for 10 AM with a technician named David or Noel, and someone arrived at my house within two minutes of the appointment time – they just drove away! It seemed like they didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. I tried calling the number they gave me, but it went straight to voicemail. Honestly, the whole thing felt incredibly unprofessional and like they weren't interested in providing service.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Allied Elements – they did an amazing job cleaning my carpets yesterday, and they look fantastic! The team was really professional and I felt completely at ease having them in my home. I had a cancellation just 30 minutes before they were due to arrive, but they quickly rescheduled and arrived on time.   “Overall, the water damage repairs were done well, but I’m unfortunately very disappointed with the aftermath. When they moved my gym equipment, they accidentally damaged my floor, causing several dents. While they initially offered to compensate or repair it, I received a string of unanswered texts and vague emails for four years – absolutely nothing ever happened. The cost to fix the damage would have been significant, and I would have accepted a small payment, but they simply ignored the issue. It’s frustrating because they were hired to help me with repairs, and instead, I’m left dealing with a scratched floor every day because of their inaction.” report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly happy with this company’s service over the last four years – I’ve had my carpets cleaned almost every three to four months. They really do a fantastic job, making my carpets look brand new! I was even impressed when Russel managed to remove red nail polish – a huge bonus.
