I had a really frustrating experience at the Milford Lowe’s last week. A customer was trying to use his company name to get a discount, and the first employee seemed to suspect he was just trying to take advantage of the system. Things quickly escalated when the employee insisted on a phone number to verify the account, getting increasingly irritated when he couldn’t just look it up. It was uncomfortable seeing him loudly repeating the company name and complaining about never having issues before. Thankfully, a second employee stepped in and explained that a phone number would have been much simpler. Adding to the issue, the customer then refused to cooperate, causing a significant delay. And to top it off, I noticed a man driving a company truck – with the company name clearly visible – taking a reckless shortcut across multiple parking spaces. Honestly, it was a really poor representation of the store and its employees. It’s important for Lowe’s to project a professional image, and this situation highlighted a lack of efficiency and a disregard for store policies.

Honestly, the service here was really disappointing. It felt consistently overpriced, and we were repeatedly kept waiting – they were always late. Overall, the experience wasn’t very pleasant.
