  Overall, we were really pleased with the Solaris team and the installation process. Paolo Ricci was fantastic – he patiently walked us through all our choices and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The design team went above and beyond to help us maximize the number of solar panels, and they were incredibly responsive when we had to adjust the plans after removing some roof vents. We especially appreciated their help with all the paperwork and communication with the power company; they took care of everything so we could just focus on getting our system up and running. report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Solaris Renewables. We particularly want to commend Paolo Ricci, our project developer – he was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the entire solar installation process, explaining everything from the products to the installation itself. He patiently answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed. The whole team was professional and really focused on delivering a beautiful result that didn’t detract from our home’s appearance, which we’re thrilled with! report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with our solar installation done through Solaris (formerly RevoluSun) back in 2019. From the initial estimate to the final installation and commissioning, the process went smoothly. The engineers did a fantastic job – the workmanship was incredibly clean and professional, and the wiring was neat and tidy, unlike some other installations we’ve seen. We’ve also been really happy with their mobile app support and customer service; we’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  Overall, we’ve been extremely pleased with RevoluSun. From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. Kerri was our project developer, and she was absolutely wonderful – so patient and helpful, always answering our questions and quickly researching anything we needed. She presented us with a few different design options, outlining the costs and potential savings for both with and without a battery, which was really helpful. The installation itself was perfect; the panels look fantastic and were set up exactly as promised. And after the install, Molly from the support team was amazing, quickly addressing any questions we had. We recently met with Kerri to review our electricity bill (which was amazing to see at $0!) and she expertly explained the SMART program. We wholeheartedly recommend RevoluSun – it’s been a truly great experience. report abuse

  Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience with RevoluSun. Our neighbor’s recommendation led us to them, and we’ve been consistently impressed from beginning to end. From the start, Moira was fantastic – she was so patient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions thoroughly without ever making us feel rushed. Once we committed, the whole team really laid out everything clearly, including the timeline, project plan, and payment schedule, which helped us feel completely confident. The project moved along perfectly on time, with no unexpected problems at all. Everyone we interacted with – Jordan, our project engineer, and the installation team – were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they really listened to our input. The final installation looks fantastic, and we’ve been really pleased with the consistent savings we’re seeing, just as they’d predicted.   Overall, we were really pleased with Revolusun. They were fantastic – never pushy at all, and they patiently answered every single one of our questions. It was great that they were able to adapt our design plan when we had to adjust for the external piping. Paolo was especially helpful, really making sure everything ran smoothly.
