I was incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Creative Landscaping. While the crew doing the actual landscaping were fantastic – truly skilled and respectful – the owner was completely unprofessional and, frankly, quite rude. My grandmother was really looking forward to having her lake property landscaped, but she was treated terribly. There were constant delays, she wasn’t given enough time to make decisions, and when she raised a legitimate concern about the work, the owner threatened to abandon the project. She had to constantly advocate for herself. It was really upsetting to witness, and I felt she was treated with a condescending attitude. Despite the beautiful work done by the team, I cannot recommend Creative Landscaping based on this experience. I’d suggest going through a different contractor altogether.”

I hired this company to level the ground for a pool installation, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. They initially provided a quote, but then attempted to change the price. Ultimately, they refused to level the ground themselves, demanding I purchase and install sand and rock myself – which I did. The quality of their work was completely unsatisfactory. Furthermore, they tried to dispute the final cost, insisting it was unfairly discounted. I hired them to do a specific job, and their behavior was unprofessional and frustrating. To add to the problem, they insisted on cash-only payments, and I felt completely disregarded. They didn’t provide a written plan of the work, and I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
