  John L. gave a fantastic review of Absolute – he’s been a customer before and was really pleased with their service then, and he’s even happier now. He specifically praised their thoroughness, the fact that they cleaned up completely after themselves, and their willingness to go above and beyond by tackling some returning weeds and even planting rose bushes without them being part of the original agreement. He noted that he wouldn’t have been able to do that himself, and the crew was consistently friendly and hardworking, especially during the hot weather in June/July.   I’ve been working with Absolute Landscape for a long time now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They handle everything from my property to the community’s common areas – the whole neighborhood looks fantastic! I had them design and build my patio, which includes a lovely seating area and barbecue, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. What really sets them apart is their commitment to quality and their integrity. During the patio installation, they spotted an issue with my deck stairs – the footers were completely wrong – and without me even asking, they took it upon themselves to fix it properly, completely at no cost to me. Honestly, it was a huge relief and I’m so grateful for their proactive approach. It’s rare to find a company so dedicated, and I’ve been incredibly lucky to have them as my landscapers.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the walkway, patio, and landscaping Absolute created for us. From the initial design to the final touches, they truly understood our vision and delivered something absolutely stunning – far beyond what we could have done ourselves. Our project manager was fantastic, always quick to respond and checking in regularly on the progress. The quality of their work was exceptional, done with a real eye for detail, and they were incredibly tidy, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. We’re usually very hands-on with our projects, so it was really reassuring to feel so well taken care of and to know it was worth every penny.   Rich was fantastic – he really listened to our needs and put together a brilliant plan to tackle our overgrown flower bed, plus he added some much-needed spacing for the plants.   I’m incredibly frustrated with Absolute’s service this year. After using them for two years, this has been a really disappointing experience. I specifically requested to have some of my trees trimmed, giving them three weeks’ notice, but they’ve completely ignored my request. To add to this, when I had plants repotted, they were just crammed back into the old pots – it felt like a waste of time and money. It seems like any request I make is met with a problem, and frankly, I’m seriously considering canceling our contract. report abuse
