  “I was so relieved to find Mechanical! I’d been dealing with a failing furnace for years, and it finally gave out on a really cold morning. I was stressed trying to figure out what to do, but from the moment I called, everything just got better. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, walking me through my options and scheduling a technician’s visit almost immediately. Josh, the comfort specialist, was fantastic – he was so knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to explain everything to me, including the different furnace options and the installation process. He helped me find a solution that met both my needs and my budget. And to top it all off, they were able to squeeze me in for a new furnace installation that same day! Dan and Jason, the installation technicians, were equally great – friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They got the job done quickly and carefully, and the new furnace is amazing – so quiet and it’s heating the whole house perfectly.   Honestly, we’ve been really disappointed with this company. They installed a new furnace and A/C system for us three years ago, and since then we’ve had to call them out repeatedly for various problems – beyond just the required annual maintenance. Last night, our furnace completely malfunctioned and started flooding the area. It’s going to be extremely hot this week, and we’re now stuck waiting three days for someone to even look at the A/C. While the technicians themselves are polite, the constant issues and breakdowns after spending $17,000 on a new system are simply unacceptable. We wouldn't recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and worry-free HVAC experience. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From the start, it was clear something was wrong. The technicians were incredibly disrespectful of my home, and to make matters worse, they drastically inflated the price of the work, jumping from a reasonable quote of $300 to an unbelievable $2,500. I simply couldn’t afford that, and no work was ever done. To top it off, when I requested a refund for the unnecessary service call, the representative was shockingly dismissive and actually made me feel ashamed for questioning the charges. Honestly, I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere – it’s not worth the stress and frustration. report abuse
