  Moe from HD was fantastic! I scheduled an appointment with him, and he was incredibly professional – right on time and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. He patiently explained everything, answered all my questions, and even offered helpful advice on maintaining my house.   Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I contacted them to inquire about images on their website and was immediately put on hold for five minutes before they just hung up. When I called back, they insulted me, calling me a "scummy salesman" and ended the call. I was simply a customer looking to make a purchase – I wasn’t trying to sell anything. Based on this completely unprofessional and rude interaction, I strongly advise against using their services for your project. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience. I contacted them for a quote and was promised a callback from someone named Moe, but I never heard back – not even a simple update. It felt incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, quite rude given the lack of communication. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company. report abuse
