  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received from M & S Commercial Windows. Just over a month ago, I had a new door opener installed, and it’s already stopped working. To then be told I needed to pay an additional $450 for a replacement, so soon after the initial installation, is completely unacceptable. It feels like a very unethical business practice. I really trusted M & S, but this has caused a significant letdown.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with M&S Commercial Windows & Doors. They were great – no pressure at all when I got the quote, and it was really competitive compared to other companies I looked at. The installation team was fantastic too – really efficient and professional. The windows and doors look absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.   I can’t recommend doing business with this company. From the very beginning, they misrepresented what they were selling, and the final product – a cheap version of what we’d discussed – was completely inaccurate, confirmed by the receipt. The customer service was also extremely poor. Honestly, avoid them; they seem to take your money and then disappear. report abuse
