  I was incredibly frustrated with my experience here. Specifically, a staff member named [Guy's Name - if known, otherwise omit] parked his Ford 250-F (license plate GPL501 from Alabama) directly in front of my door without a permit, completely blocking access. I repeatedly asked him to move his car, and unfortunately, he became aggressive and tried to hit my car while refusing to comply. It was a completely unacceptable and alarming situation. report abuse

  “I contacted them about a construction site at the Hampton Cove strip mall. It was concerning because they were using all the handicap parking spaces with their trucks and trailers, even though all the other businesses in the mall were open. I spoke with someone about it, but they didn’t move the vehicles.” report abuse

  I have to be honest, the unloading process was incredibly slow – it took over three hours for the first truck. There were some serious issues with the forklift operation, and frankly, the communication and coordination seemed lacking. report abuse
