  Seriously, don’t use this company. Once they have your money, they disappear – they never answer calls or help with your equipment. I had to cancel my service, which was a really difficult process, and they’re still trying to charge me after that! I strongly advise everyone to avoid them. report abuse

  I can’t recommend Secure Agent Solutions enough. I’ve worked with a few security companies in the area, and they’re simply on a different level. Mr. Hurth was fantastic – so knowledgeable and really took the time to walk us through the entire setup process. The installation crew was also incredibly professional; they arrived on time, worked efficiently without disrupting our business, and left everything spotless.
