“I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. We hired them to foam and baffle our garage, and it was a complete disaster. They were unresponsive – I contacted them multiple times and never received a reply. Then, we got a completely unreasonable bill. It’s clear they weren’t doing the job correctly; we had to walk them through everything, showing them exactly where the baffles needed to go and pointing out every gap around our windows and doors, even explaining the vault ceiling. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional, particularly a manager named Patrick who seemed to ignore us while he spoke with his crew. Honestly, it was a massive waste of money, and we’re now insulating the entire house ourselves. We’re definitely not trusting them with any further work after this experience.”

I am incredibly disappointed and frankly appalled by the insulation job this company performed. It was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever seen, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Their carelessness resulted in a disastrous situation, completely ruining my home and creating a massive headache for my landlord. They installed an excessive amount of insulation throughout my entire house, and shockingly, it ended up covering rooms that weren't even touched. The fallout has been immense – my landlord is now facing hundreds of dollars in cleaning costs to rectify their mistakes. To add to the horror, the air quality in my home is so poor that I had to spend the night in a hotel. This entire experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using this company.
