  Fredy and his team were absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and delivered such high-quality workmanship. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were, and they went above and beyond to keep me informed with references and photos of their previous projects. Fredy explained everything clearly and stuck to the agreed-upon budget. He’s also a genuinely nice guy, always responding quickly to my messages. The chimney repair was incredible – it looks completely new! And the granite work? Seriously impressive – he perfectly matched the original 1909 style, it’s like the original craftsman did it himself! He even got a specialized tool to achieve that level of detail. I’m so thrilled with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Fredy to anyone needing a skilled and reliable tradesperson.   Vernick Masonry did an absolutely fantastic job with our front steps and the grill pad – we couldn’t be happier! From the initial quote to the finished product, they were incredibly professional and responsive. They were available quickly, and their prices were much more reasonable than other contractors we spoke with. The work itself looks fantastic, and we’ve received so many compliments. Fredy, in particular, was just outstanding; he was so conscientious and really took the time to get all the little details perfect, going above and beyond our expectations.
