  Willard Roofing did a fantastic job addressing the water damage we were experiencing with our shingles. They initially assessed the situation and, more importantly, recommended a solution to fix the underlying gutter system – something that would really prevent future problems.   I was really pleased with my recent roof installation from Willard Roofing. From start to finish, the team – including Parker and his crew – was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The roof looks fantastic, especially the Landmark shingles and rubber roof, and it was installed in a timely manner.   “I can’t recommend Willard Roofing highly enough! They’ve been absolutely fantastic for us. We used them first to address some issues with our house roof – they were incredibly fair, really considerate, and completely honest about what needed to be done. They only identified the necessary work on our bump-outs and porch. A year later, when our garage roof started leaking, they were back again, tackling the repairs just as efficiently.   “I was absolutely shocked by the quote I received. They wanted $5,225 to simply remove my old gutters and install new ones in the same place – it seemed incredibly inflated. To make matters worse, they specified that any repairs to the soffit or fascia would be charged at a rate of $125 per man per hour plus materials, which is far beyond what a plumber would charge. Honestly, it felt like a complete rip-off. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company; they seem to be trying to take advantage of customers. Run, don’t walk, away from this quote!” report abuse

  “I was really hoping to use this company – they seemed promising at first. They responded quickly when I called in September 2021 about a leak in my roof, and I received a quote within a week or so. The quote itself was reasonable, and the person who came out seemed knowledgeable. However, that’s where things went wrong. I had a question about the quote and they never followed up. I sent multiple emails and left a few voicemails, but I just didn't hear back. After two months of no communication, I gave up. It was incredibly frustrating, especially considering I was potentially interested in exploring additional work beyond the initial quote. Ultimately, I can’t really recommend them – a simple phone call is essential for building trust and a good customer experience, and they completely missed the mark.” report abuse
