The process felt incredibly disorganized – the plans weren’t properly vetted, lacking certification from a licensed architect or structural engineer, and the bidding was confusing with a lot of allowances that ultimately proved unmanageable. We also encountered a significant issue with the foundation needing to be completely redone because it wasn’t specified correctly and ultimately failed. It became apparent that RMH’s pricing was inflated, and once you’re committed to those allowances, it’s difficult to change course and realize your vision for your home.”
