  “Kowalske’s Kitchen and Bath did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our bathrooms! We’re so thrilled with the results. They were incredibly efficient and professional throughout the entire process, and we really felt like we could trust them. They kept us updated daily with their progress, and the quality of their work – from the design to the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting – was outstanding.   Overall, my experience was disappointing. While I appreciate the company’s response to the previous issues regarding parking and a lack of helpfulness from an employee, I wasn’t impressed with the situation itself. The parking was inconvenient and the employee’s attitude didn’t create a positive first impression, making me hesitant to do business with them. I’ve adjusted my rating to reflect this. report abuse

  We were so thrilled with our condo – it had amazing potential, but the kitchen and bathrooms were definitely stuck in the 80s! Knowing we needed a professional touch, we reached out to Kowalske, and we were instantly impressed with Christina’s initial design ideas. We knew we’d made the right choice when we signed on with them. Despite starting the project just a week after the COVID restrictions began, Byron and his team did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping everything on track. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend Kowalske Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking for great people and even better work. report abuse

  We absolutely love our new kitchen, thanks to Kowalske Kitchen and Bath! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Our designer was amazing, and the team of skilled workers were incredibly professional, friendly, and always on time. They were truly like part of the family, working in our home for about seven weeks, and we felt completely comfortable with them. It was a huge project, and they made the entire process so much easier and stress-free. We're completely in love with our new kitchen and will definitely be using Kowalske for any future projects – we wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  Overall, we were thrilled with the transformation of our kitchen and living spaces thanks to Kowalske. They completely revamped our mid-60s kitchen into a beautiful, open-concept area with improved lighting and flow – including removing two walls and engineering a new header. They even handled the complex relocation of our hydronic heat and new flooring throughout the kitchen, living room, and hallways, all while we continued to live in the house. We really appreciated the team’s dedication, particularly how they set up temporary screening to protect our living areas from dust and consistently cleaned up after each day’s work. The workers themselves were incredibly skilled, friendly, and patient, especially considering this was our first major remodel. However, the experience wasn’t entirely smooth. There were a couple of hiccups, like a missing cabinet and an incorrect trim color, but Kowalske went above and beyond to work with their vendors to resolve these issues. While we’re incredibly happy with the final result – it’s exactly what we envisioned – we do wish the communication had been better. The owner personally reached out to assist us, and we experienced some difficulty getting responses from the team. Despite this, we’d absolutely recommend Kowalske for any remodeling project. report abuse

  Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with our kitchen remodel by Kowalske. From start to finish, they went above and beyond what we expected. Sarah, our designer, was fantastic – she really listened to our budget and gave us some brilliant ideas and options. She was incredibly patient and always made sure we were completely happy with the design. And Byron, our project manager, was a lifesaver! He kept us perfectly informed with the online calendar, so we always knew what to anticipate. It was so reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable managing the project. Seriously, everyone who worked in our home – the electrician, carpenters, flooring guys, and tile installer – were all top-notch professionals and incredibly polite. We absolutely love our new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kowalske to anyone!” report abuse
