“I’m seriously considering canceling my Cinch home warranty, and unfortunately, my experience with them was really frustrating. They sent me to a plumber who was completely lost, using technical terms I didn’t understand, and ultimately told me my main line needed hydro-jet cleaning – a service they didn’t offer. After waiting two and a half weeks and leaving several messages, Cinch finally confirmed they didn't cover the work. I was then stuck with a $125 deductible. Luckily, Jake’s Plumbing stepped in and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently – it turned out to be a much simpler problem than the first company made it sound like. They fixed it in under an hour and even installed a new cleanout valve. I’m so pleased with the work and would absolutely recommend Jake’s Plumbing to anyone.”
