R2 Construction completely failed to deliver on their promise to renovate my daughter’s bathroom within a week. After six agonizing weeks, we received a shockingly unfinished and poorly constructed bathroom. The tiles were cut terribly, with sharp edges and uneven grout, and there were numerous other problems – bad drywall, a missing shelf, a sticking drawer, and even a tile that needed a rug to protect my daughter’s feet. The owner, Roddy, acknowledged the poor quality of the work and promised to fix it, but despite multiple phone calls and emails over the past few weeks, they haven’t responded or scheduled any repairs. I’ve even filed a complaint with the BBB, but I’ve received no communication. Honestly, the quality of the work is unacceptable, and I’m now exploring all available options to get this resolved properly.
