  “I really appreciated the detailed pricing information on the website – it gave me a great idea of what I could expect to invest in solar panels and how long it would take for them to pay for themselves. What impressed me most was the quick and honest response I received from Kurt. He contacted me within an hour of me submitting my information, and clearly explained that my roof wasn’t suitable for solar. While it wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, I truly valued their upfront honesty and the fact that they didn’t waste my time pursuing a project that wouldn’t have been possible.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with this website. It was incredibly easy to navigate, and I was able to get a helpful callback. The agent, Josh, was fantastic – professional, respectful, and really patient with my questions about their services and the vendors they work with. I’d definitely recommend their website and my interaction with Josh. While I don’t personally know the vendors they work with, I would absolutely use the website again. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. Frankly, I wish I could just leave this review blank. We invested in a solar system and, after nearly two years, it’s been a constant headache. We were initially promised a significantly reduced electricity bill and access to a generous buyback program, but that hasn’t materialized. To add to the problem, our electricity bill has tripled since installing the solar panels. Worse yet, the system hasn't provided any backup power during outages – we don’t even have a generator, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be left without power after such a substantial investment. The customer service is shockingly bad; it’s incredibly difficult to get anyone to actually help us, and when we do manage to connect, the representatives are often unhelpful or simply rude. I would strongly advise everyone to consider a different company.” report abuse

They were incredibly understanding of my needs, and even went above and beyond by sending me the remaining information after I’d inquired. The website itself also offered valuable resources.   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting started with solar. Garrett was fantastic – he took the time to really understand my concerns and walked me through everything I needed to know before I even looked at other solar companies.
