  “I was really disappointed with the final survey. Given the price, the quality just wasn't there. We had two properties surveyed next to each other, and we attempted to negotiate a better rate, which they accommodated. However, they presented all the information on a single sheet instead of separate reports for each property – something that was never clearly communicated to us, and they didn’t even address the issue. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them. If you absolutely need just basic property line location, they might be okay for that, but for a comprehensive survey required by the City of Denver, you’re definitely better off investing in a more reliable service.” report abuse

  “Overall, they were great for the initial, smaller tasks like the ILC – it was quick and professional, and their documentation was exactly what the county needed to approve the building permit. If you’re just looking for those basic services, they do a solid job. However, when I needed a full land survey, things went south. They initially said they’d get a quote, but two weeks later they admitted they couldn’t handle a project of that size at the time. They really should have communicated that sooner. Reading other reviews, it seems like they might not have enough resources to take on larger projects.” report abuse
