  “I’ve been really frustrated with this process since January. I kept getting promised updates – ‘we’ll get to it in two weeks’ – but then I’d hear nothing. It felt like they were deliberately delaying things, and honestly, just a straightforward ‘we can’t do this’ would have been much better. They only came out once and only marked three sides of my property, completely missing the fourth I needed, and then they just vanished. I’m so grateful I was able to find another company today, but it’s been incredibly stressful dealing with their lack of communication. They handled a specialized elevation survey for my home in Huntersville, which can be tricky – not all surveyors do this type of work, and my property in the woods required some specialized equipment. The county needed the survey to issue a Certificate of Occupancy, which was essential for getting my electric meter back on after my addition. I initially called with Chuck on a Thursday, and he assured me he’d look into it. He followed up on Monday and let me know the survey was complete.
