Chris and Lakes Glass did a fantastic job replacing our large porch window. They really knew what they were doing and had all the right equipment – it was done perfectly. Scheduling the work and getting a fair price were also really easy, and I’d definitely recommend them for any glass work you need.

“I had a really great experience getting my windshield replaced there. They were a super helpful and friendly team who answered all my questions and made the whole insurance process really easy. I was in and out quickly, and my new windshield looks fantastic!”

“We were really pleased with the service we received! We needed a Plexi glass panel cut for our air-conditioner window, and they were incredibly quick. The guy gave us a quote and recommended polycarbonate – which we really appreciated, as he said it would hold up better over time. We discussed it with my husband, and he had it done within an hour! Fantastic customer service overall.”

“I’m incredibly frustrated with Lakes Glass. They replaced the windshield in my $350,000 motorhome, and the job was shockingly poor. The mess they made was awful, and now our trip has been delayed by several weeks because the new windshield needs to be redone properly – it’s a flush mount installation. I wish I’d had a way to show you the damage; a picture really would have explained everything. To add to the problem, the insurance company only focused on fixing the outside seal, despite my insistence that the entire windshield needed to be redone. Now, I’m in Nashville, it’s raining, and the windshield is leaking – it’s completely unacceptable!”
-
“I really enjoyed working with them – they were incredibly responsive and I left completely satisfied with the results.”
