They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect flooring – they let us take samples home to really see them in our space and offered fantastic recommendations. It took a few tries to get the color and product just right, but Justin in sales was so helpful, and the installer did a truly outstanding job. The carpet looks seamless and the bathroom floor is absolutely flawless! It was a great value, and we really appreciated their local, top-notch service.   “The experience was incredibly frustrating. Getting an initial estimate took weeks, and they didn't even provide samples as I’d requested.
