I’m incredibly frustrated with the situation at Dolls Go-Cart Track. They’ve completely disregarded my property – located on Oakman & Grand River – by clearing trees from the railroad tracks and then dumping the debris on my land. To add to the problem, they also removed my parking signs. It's unacceptable that my property is being treated as a dumping ground for the city and this company, especially considering the amount of waste is now taller than my building. I have documented everything with photos and videos, and I’m seriously considering legal action.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Their behavior is reckless and completely unacceptable. They seem to disregard safety, causing significant damage and leaving customers to deal with the aftermath. The drivers and workers were consistently rude and showed a complete lack of consideration. Please, avoid this company at all costs.

“Overall, this sidewalk replacement job (22 feet) was really disappointing. The initial pouring was quite poor – the pre-forms were laid unevenly and with no apparent measuring. Worse still, the excavator ran over my water shut-off box, completely destroying it, and created a significant amount of water damage in my yard. While the team who finished the concrete and added the lines did a decent job, the lack of oversight and attention to detail during the initial pouring really impacted the quality of the work. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience.”

“I can’t really comment on the quality of their concrete work, but I was really impressed with their customer service. A worker stopped to help me when my car broke down on the side of the road, offering a jumpstart – fantastic service and I’d definitely recommend them if you need a quick assist!”

Bill and his team did a really solid job with the water line replacements on my block – they kept me well-informed and their work was excellent.

“I’m really concerned about the drilling happening outside my house before 8:00 AM. It’s incredibly disruptive and inconsiderate, especially when work hours start later. I would appreciate it if you could explore scheduling these activities for a more reasonable time, perhaps after 8:00 AM, to minimize the impact on residents.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the situation today. The crew blocked my driveway, and then proceeded to use it to haul mud from the other property, which completely covered my sidewalk and street. I contacted the office to report this, but they weren’t able to offer any real assistance. They’ve returned again today, continuing to block my driveway and creating a significant mess. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
