  “We were in a really tough spot after the fire at our rental property in March 2021, and desperately needed someone to handle the demolition. We got some shockingly high quotes from other companies, so we were starting to lose hope. Then we found Direct Construction Services, LLC, and thankfully, Tim Drakeford was a huge help. From the very first phone call, Tim was fantastic – professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. He actually came out to the property to give us an on-the-spot estimate, and he followed up quickly with a detailed written proposal covering everything from the price and timeline to getting the utilities disconnected and the necessary city permits. The demolition work itself went perfectly! Tim and his team started on May 10th and finished up on May 19th, including thorough cleanup and all the required inspections.
