  “I had a really unsettling experience this afternoon on I-69. One of the drivers aggressively tried to cut me off, pulling directly into my lane because he seemed upset about being passed. It was incredibly reckless and frankly, quite aggressive. Honestly, if you’re going to drive like that, it’s best to just let others pass.” report abuse

  “I’m really concerned about some of the driving behavior I’ve observed with this company’s trucks. Based on other reviews, it seems like there’s a consistent issue with reckless driving. This morning, I personally witnessed truck #166 speeding and passing cars in restricted areas, even in icy conditions – it was driving at 80mph on a 55mph road. Honestly, it’s a serious safety concern and doesn’t reflect well on the company.” report abuse

  This work was extremely disappointing. The quality was shockingly poor – the front gate was installed incorrectly and began to deteriorate within a year, despite the substandard workmanship. It’s clear that the contractor took advantage of my mother, and I’m very concerned about the overall quality and reliability of their work. report abuse

  “We had a serious issue this morning – a driver, in a white truck with a license plate starting with ‘DF,’ was driving incredibly recklessly between Stockbridge and Chelsea between 6:00 and 6:30. They were tailgating and then flashed their brights. If this kind of behavior is being tolerated, we have a significant problem.” report abuse

  I witnessed a concerning incident on November 19th, 2021, around 2pm on 275 South. The driver of a truck nearly struck another vehicle three separate times. Several other reviewers have noted the same issue. I contacted Ideal to report the behavior, hoping they’ll take this seriously and address it to prevent future accidents and protect their business reputation. report abuse

  “I’m concerned about a recent incident – a driver was observed traveling at 80 mph through a 55 mph construction zone. This mirrors a similar issue flagged in a previous review two years ago. I’m questioning whether there’s a pattern of reckless driving within the company, and I’d appreciate clarification on that.   I’m extremely concerned about the behavior I witnessed while observing the company trucks. There were several instances of reckless driving, including passing other vehicles unsafely and driving through no-passing zones on curves. Drivers were also consistently speeding, reaching 80 mph on rural roads. I only observed the last three vehicles – plates 376 – and I’m deeply worried that this level of disregard for safety could lead to a serious accident. report abuse
