  Strawberry Solar really exceeded our expectations! From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and affordable. They handled everything – from the initial planning and securing permits to sourcing the materials and the installation itself. What really stood out was their communication; they stayed in touch after the system was installed to ensure everything was running perfectly. We were particularly impressed that they took the time to help us set up monitoring for our individual solar panels and circuit breakers. Honestly, we were considering giving up on solar entirely until Strawberry Solar stepped in.   Strawberry Solar was a really positive experience overall. They provided me with several quotes, and Gunnar, in particular, was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through the different options for panels, batteries, and inverters. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to pressure me into adding a battery if I wasn’t sure I needed it; they just presented the choices and let me decide what felt right for my situation. Honestly, I don't think anyone offered a better price, and the quality of their work is top-notch. They completed the installation within the two-month timeframe they’d estimated, and they stand behind their work. The only thing I’d say is that there were a couple of periods where communication was a little slow – sometimes it felt like things were just quiet for a couple of weeks. They’ve acknowledged this and said they’ll be better about keeping me updated, which is good to know. Plus, they’ll even monitor the system for the whole lifetime of it, which is a really nice added benefit. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family! report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Strawberry Solar did on my new solar system – 8.8 kW with 21 kWh of battery backup and an EV charger. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were fantastic. Will, Tim, Brad, and the whole crew were incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and really took the stress out of the whole process. They handled all the paperwork and inspections seamlessly, and the installation was actually much faster than I anticipated – and at a very competitive price.   Strawberry Solar was a genuinely great experience – they did a fantastic job with both my solar installation and some general electrical work I needed done. I’d been researching solar for years before finally choosing them. Gunnar was especially helpful, especially during the pandemic, as he was able to put together a detailed quote using photos I took and satellite data. He even created a really good visual mockup of the solar array and a pretty realistic estimate of how much energy it would produce. The whole process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free. They then tackled an electrical upgrade for me about a year later, led by Kenan and his team. Kenan was really insightful, pointing out that my old electrical panel was nearing capacity, and they handled the upgrade incredibly efficiently – getting it done in a single day and even bringing a generator to keep my fridge running while they worked, which was a huge relief given the heat! Honestly, they're just a really friendly, professional, and thorough crew, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

  “Overall, we were really pleased with the installation and the sales team was fantastic – they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The system, a 7.48 KWH setup from 2020 with Qcells modules and Solaredge inverters, is still working perfectly. Just a small note: the installers adjusted the panel positioning slightly during installation, which unfortunately caused one panel to be shaded by the chimney.” report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with our new solar system from Strawberry Solar. Honestly, we’d describe them as excellent – they made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. From the start, Seger from their sales team was fantastic, answering all our questions with such knowledge and taking the time to design a system perfectly suited to our home’s needs using high-quality components. The installation crew was also a huge plus; they were friendly, professional, and really respectful of our property. We especially want to recognize Will and Joe, the owners, who were actively involved and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. And Kenan and his electrical team were sensational – their work wiring the system and ensuring it met all code requirements was truly outstanding. The inspector even commented that he knew Kenan was involved, which gave us a real sense of confidence. Strawberry Solar handled everything – pulling all the permits, working with DTE, and coordinating with the inspectors – and they delivered a truly top-notch solar system.
