  Overall, we had a really positive experience building our home, finishing in December. There were definitely some challenges along the way – both big and small – and they were handled well. While not everything could be completely resolved to our satisfaction, the team went to a great effort to find solutions. Wayne, our project manager, was fantastic. He was a genuinely nice guy and tried his best to address things quickly. It’s just worth noting that he seemed to be juggling a lot of projects at once. I’d strongly recommend that anyone building a house, regardless of the builder, keep a close eye on the progress – it's really important to stay involved. report abuse
