Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the sales and service team – they were truly excellent and I’d definitely recommend them. However, my interaction with the lead installer was really disappointing. His lack of people skills was concerning, and unfortunately, it impacted the entire process. I wouldn’t recommend using him as an installer, and honestly, I’d hesitate to suggest this company for a front-door rug installation based on that one experience. They really need to address this situation and consider other options.

“I’m usually not one to write negative reviews, but honestly, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered these shower doors seven months ago, and they still haven't been installed correctly. Despite repeated attempts to get help, no one seems to know what’s going on, and my calls haven’t been returned. Because of this, the shower isn’t usable, and I’ve received really poor customer service – the secretary I spoke with was particularly unhelpful and seemed completely lost.”

I’m so incredibly disappointed with this company. They started installing my fireplace over a year ago and it’s still not complete. Communication has been terrible – the sales representative and his supervisor haven’t returned my calls for weeks, and it feels like they simply don’t care about getting the job done. I would strongly advise against using their services.
