  “I recently used Vinson Plumbing and Electric to address an issue at my rental property, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the experience. After they diagnosed the problem, they called me to explain it, and it wasn’t until 30 minutes later that a technician called to inquire about payment for that day’s work. Honestly, it felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional – like they weren’t paying their employees properly, or perhaps hiring someone without a stable income. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but with so many plumbers available now, I’m going to be exploring other options. It’s frustrating because I’d initially wanted to support a local business in Taylor, and I’ve never been asked to pay immediately after services. If this is now their policy, they absolutely need to inform customers when they answer the phone.” report abuse

  “I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful I am for Vinson and Robert! We’ve been dealing with recurring toilet issues and had a plumber come out before who just temporarily fixed the problem, only for it to clog up again shortly after. Tonight, Robert came out after hours and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue – we needed a septic tank pump – and explained exactly what was going on. It was shocking to see how full our tank was, but Robert’s knowledge and expertise were invaluable. He even made sure my filter was clean! While Vinson doesn’t have a pump truck, he really went the extra mile trying to find someone to do the pumping for us and recommended some great plumbers. We’re so glad we got Vinson’s recommendation, and we’re really pleased with the service – it was definitely worth the money!” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with their service! They were incredibly helpful and quickly repaired my electrical box, which was completely out of service. With two older people living there and the temperatures dropping to freezing, it was really important to get it fixed, and they worked so efficiently – finishing the repair during business the day before nightfall.
