  I was really disappointed with my experience calling to inquire about replacing my pool liner. The first woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me she was too busy to answer my question and instructing me to call back. When I called again twenty minutes later, she reiterated that she was still occupied. Her abruptness and unwillingness to even schedule a return call before closing time left me with a very negative impression, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. report abuse
